Q:How can I do if I receive the bad quality goods?

A:Tell us how many pcs bad goods, sending us the photos, we will re-make the goods for you.

Q:What is your policy of samples ?

A:Since our products are becoming more and more popular and there are many customers will ask for free samples, our sample policy is depending on different samples will have different policy.

Q:How about your lead time to make sample? How about sample charge?

A:Generally around 3-5 business days to make sample. Sample fee depend on the design.For stock samples need, we will not charge the fee and clients are expected to pay for freight only ; We will charge the fee for developing new sample that called custom-made samples, and sample fee will be refunded to you if committed bulk order placed.
